The newly remodeled rooms here have all the amenities you need and the water pressure is fantastic, plus they offer sensational breakfasts.

with quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was original.

The location was peaceful, near a small garden. Moreover, it was close to a museum and a theatre. Got clean and accommodating standard queen room with a lovely view when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that.

Nice hotel for a one night stay-over. Short walk to main street. Beds where comfortable. Good value for money. When looking for a good restaurant in the neighborhood go to Trumbull Kitchen, a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. They have outside seating and nice food for good price and a great atmosphere.

Hotel is delapitated, but we were evacuated due to the hurricane and the price was very fair.

The breakfast was sensational, the rooms were perfect, and the beds were comfortable. the air conditioner, iron, and work desk were nice additions. the hotel is in a peaceful setting in a very comfortable area, close to downtown, the riverfront, and the XL Center.

The restaurant did not have a good selection , the pool area was so cold.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept well - after I fell asleep.

There was a private party going on in a room a few doors down from our room, with loud music and I could feel the bass beat. I called down to the front desk to see if we could change rooms. The woman told me that she would send someone up. 45 minutes later, the noise only got louder, we called again. Finally about 1 1/2 hours after I first called, my son went down and got us another room floors above. All was well after that, but I was annoyed that the management did not handle the situation better - until I later the next day when I spoke with a manager and she did offer to give us a discount on the room, which I very much appreciated.

The food here is delicious with plenty of options, and the cozy atmosphere is just right, close to a popular eatery and a concert spot nearby.

Inexpensive and easy to get to.

A loud party was taking place when we arrived. The people walking around looked sketchy and underdressed. My children thought one woman was a prostitute from her attire and mannerisms. At check-in, we were assigned a room next to a family with several adults and a group of very young children. These children screamed and yelled well past midnight. We finally called the front desk to report this at 11:30 and the staff did nothing. They did not go to the room nor did they call the room (we could hear everything, and would have heard the phone ringing). The noise continued until the children fell asleep at about 1230. The hotel was half empty, why would put us in a room adjoining a crowd? Clearly the other room had way too many people in it who did not know how to behave in a hotel. The parents were actually coaching the children (all under 6) to keep screaming and screeching as a game. Additionally, in the public areas the hotel was not clean. There was debris in the elevators and on the rugs. The room was fine, but very clammy with bedding that did not appear to be suited to a hotel environment. When we checked out, the desk staff did not ask about our stay or apologize for our inconvenience.

Enjoyable breakfast with a lot of options. Great-sized and absolutely perfect room available with a rainforest shower and a lovely view. Perfect and exceptionally nice location near a recommended restaurant. Easy walking distance to river walks on both sides of the river and the downtown area. Easy check-in.
